A presale landing page built for a boutique real estate developer in Haifa, Israel. The brief called for a design that could sell premium residential units before a single wall was built, relying entirely on atmosphere, aspiration, and trust to move buyers. The design leans into dark luxury: a deep black canvas, angular gold geometric accents, and carefully staged architectural renders set alongside aspirational lifestyle imagery, positioning both developments as elite addresses in the city's most sought-after neighborhoods.
The Challenge
Presale real estate requires buyers to commit before construction is complete, so the design alone carries the entire sales argument. Prospective buyers need to feel the premium quality of a property they cannot yet visit. The challenge was compressing a multi-unit offering across two distinct developments into a single scrollable experience that built desire, established credibility, and drove direct enquiry, without leaning on finished product photography, because none existed yet.
