The design leans into dark luxury, with a deep black canvas, angular gold geometric accents, and architectural renders placed alongside aspirational lifestyle imagery to position the developments as elite addresses in the city's most sought-after neighborhoods.
The Challenge
Presale real estate requires buyers to commit before construction is complete, meaning the design carries the entire sales argument. Prospective buyers need to feel the premium quality of a property they cannot yet walk through, while being convinced that acting early is the right financial decision. The landing page had to compress a complex multi-unit offering, two separate developments with distinct locations and price points, into a single scrollable experience that built desire, established credibility, and drove direct enquiry, all in the Hebrew market where trust and local reputation are decisive.
